John Merrifield is a one-liner comic and political satirist from Lafayette, Louisiana. John has performed stand-up comedy for over a decade, and has opened for Tom Segura, Bobby Kelly, Myq Kaplan, and David Liebe Hart from Tim & Eric’s Awesome Show. He’s written for online punk satire publication The Hard Times, and has appeared as a guest on Pod Damn America after being sued for jokes he posted online. John has been featured on Lafayette Comedy’s 420 Fest, is the producer of the annual comedy festival Couillon Fest, and produces weekly & monthly shows throughout South Louisiana under the banner of ‘Oof. Comedy’.
