Laura Merli is an NYC-based comedian. Her dark, punchy humor is inspired by Mitch Hedberg and Maria Bamford. She’s written for Reductress, McSweeney’s, The Hard Times, and Cracked. She performed in the NY Comedy Festival (headlining show), the Women in Comedy Festival, and 10000 Laughs. Her first stand up special, Belly Slappin’ Fun, is now available on YouTube and was featured in Paste Magazine. She’s also been featured on Buzzfeed, SomeeCards, and the NY Daily News. Her TikTok videos have been liked over 2 million times.
